• Address product technical and quality requirements based on customer needs and business plans.

• Source suppliers, build partnerships, conduct negotiations, and support production line setup and stabilization.

• Manage supplier production activities and oversee customer delivery schedules.

• Build and operate a quality assurance system, including establishing inspection standards, preparing technical documents, and managing 4M changes in production.

• Prevent quality defects, analyze root causes, and propose improvement measures.

• Evaluate suppliers, provide technical guidance, and strengthen collaboration with factories.

• Implement improvement proposals and present recommendations to internal departments and customers.

• Standardize quality and technical systems and provide training to team members.

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Japanese and English proficiency at Business Level.

• At least 7 years of practical experience in quality assurance or supplier quality management within a Japanese manufacturing or trading company.

• Experience in technical coordination, supplier assessment, and product inspection.

• Experience in process improvement at manufacturing plants.

• Experience as a Team Leader, Assistant Manager, or higher-level position.

• Demonstrated stable career history; candidates with frequent job changes are not preferred.

• Flexible thinking, proactive working attitude, and openness to new changes and knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with logistics materials, particularly plastic bags, steel, and related products.

• Knowledge and practical experience with chemSHERPA and JIS standards.

• Experience in product development or innovation initiatives.

• Experience managing work in a multicultural environment.
