Job Description Summary:The Customer Service Coordinator needs to support the Customer Service Manager with spare parts service sales, technical hotline support and planning.

Key Responsibilities:
Service Spare parts
• Managing Quote Order (Spare parts)
• Get spare part inquiry from Sales, Customer's and/ or Service Technician
• Prepare related quotations coming out of spare part and service inquiries
• Manage spare part and service orders
Technical Hotline
• Be the main focal point for the BD technical hotline
• Perform a follow up call with customer after support had been given or service call had been deployed
• Offer spare parts/ service packages where necessary
Customer service planning
• Support the Customer Service manager on planning related tasks

Requirements
Mandatory
• Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering with min. 3 years' experience
• Able to interpret and implement contracts with assistance
• Able to define and schedule work packages and tasks in their area of responsibility
• Strong understanding and technical ability
• Good phone etiquette
• Problem solving techniques
Desirable
• English level: Business (Written Verbal)
• Resourceful, flexible able to work under pressure
• Planning, organizing, and coordinating skills in an international environment
• Proven ability to build relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors

• Experience in providing direct support to end-users either in customer service/field engineering or corporate help desk
