Develop DMS processes: to support sales processes, test, train and rolling out plans to support sales organization to operate effectively. Trainer: NDSS, SS NDP to use DMS system H.O use SDC effectively. NDP Core working Process: Advise, train, improve to efficiently run the business - Market visit + data checking: to have data standard and consistency - Collect market info/ conduct market audit as assigned - Generate some specific Reports to support ASM/RSM update the changes in the SDC system. - Write DMS system manual - Supervise/coach DMS process Officer.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor/college degree. Service oriented mind-set. 2-3-year experience in similar job. Good communication skills. Good Problem-solving and objection-handling skills. Good training skills. Accept frequent nationwide traveling.
