Mô tả công việc
• Design, implement, and fine-tune game economies: RTP, volatility, hit rate, payout curves.
• Collaborate with gameplay designers to define core loops, reward structures, and jackpot systems.
• Run simulations and analyze player behavior to drive optimizations.
• Support game certification (GLI/BMM) with accurate math modeling and compliant settings.
Yêu cầu công việc
• 3+ years in numeric/economy design for slot, card, or crash games.
• Proficiency in Excel (macros, probability models), Python/SQL preferred.
• Deep understanding of player segmentation, risk control, and engagement pacing.
• Strong logical thinking and data interpretation skills.
