1. Financial Analysis & Business Partnering (70%)

- Analyze financial reports related to revenue, costs, and profitability by comparing actual performance against historical results, budget targets, and market trends to provide actionable insights.

- Establish and monitor KPIs for the Commercial team to drive performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Review business performance, collaborate with the Commercial Head to identify improvement opportunities, conduct scenario analysis, and provide recommendations to achieve KPIs.

- Develop financial models and conduct feasibility studies to support business projects and strategic decision-making.

- Calculate and manage optimal purchasing plans to maintain healthy inventory levels while achieving business KPIs.

- Work closely with the Sales team to develop pricing and discount strategies and support the standardization of pricing structures.

- Support the Commercial team in planning promotional campaigns for special events, evaluate their impact on P&L, and assess overall campaign performance.

2. Financial Budgeting (20%)

- Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the Company's strategic objectives.

- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and operational efficiencies to optimize financial resources.

- Collaborate with department heads to plan, review, and analyze departmental budgets, providing financial guidance and decision-making support.

3. Other Responsibilities (10%)

- Perform other duties as assigned by the direct Supervisor, Manager, or Director.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Finance; experience in the Retail industry is preferred.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

- Good command of written and spoken English.

- Strong analytical and financial analysis skills.
