• Handle sea export and import shipments, take care of customer service and documentation, input data in system and make payment for shipments.
• Daily update shipment information, documentations processing related to shipments and time by time report to direct manager…
• Coordinate with local customers, partners, ports to work smoothly, handling customer's inquiries.
• Other tasks assigned by managers.

- At least 01 year of experience in forwarder/shipping line.

- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Import/Export, Logistics, or related fields.

- Fluent communication skills in English. Know more Chinese is an advantage.

- Having good knowledge of foreign trade, forwarding, import/export process and custom.

- Understand and can handle sea export and import shipments.

- Understand about ASYHUB, EDI system.

- Dynamic, hard-working, honest, trustworthy, loyalty, teamwork, professional, detail-oriented.

- Sufficient computer literacy (Word/Excel/Email/Google Drive...).

- Good at leadership, communication, conflict resolution, problem solving & time management skills.

- Able to work well under pressure.
