• Develop, maintain, and support enterprise applications using Java/JEE technologies • Design and implement web-based applications using Java frameworks and related technolo-gies • Participate in enterprise application development initiatives • Engage in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and Japanese client teams • Ensure application quality, responsiveness, and system performance • Investigate issues and resolve application defects • Maintain technical documentation and coding standards • Design, code, and debug Java applications • Utilize Spring and Hibernate frameworks for application development • Develop enterprise-level web applications • Collaborate with international delivery teams • Provide support for production environments and enhancement activities

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines • Strong experience in Java / Java EE development • Hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Hibernate • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability • Experience working in enterprise application development environments • Experience supporting production systems and enhancement activities • Experience in financial systems or financial platforms is an advantage • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred • Exposure to cloud-based applications is preferred • Business-level Japanese communication skills • Ability to perform English ↔ Japanese translation • JLPT N1–N3 certification is preferred • Work schedule may include day, mid, or night shifts based on client requirements • Work location will be at Quezon City or Cebu delivery centers
