JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Provide legal advisory across IP, regulatory compliance, product lifecycle, and brand protection.
Support business functions (Marketing, R, QA, Sales, Supply Chain, etc.) in ensuring legal compliance.
Act as a bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders (law firms, authorities, partners).
Ensure all business activities comply with Vietnamese and international regulations.
Develop internal legal frameworks, policies, and compliance systems.
Key Objectives:
Provide legal advisory on intellectual property (IP), brand protection, product registration, and advertising for the Company and its departments under MCH, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. Promote legal awareness and foster a culture of compliance across the organization.
Authorities:
Perform legal activities in line with assigned roles and responsibilities.
Access relevant information, documents, and workflows across departments.
Propose, draft, and review legal policies and procedures related to IP, product registration, advertising, brand protection, and complaint handling.
Proactively plan and coordinate with departments to execute assigned tasks.
Represent the Company in meetings with external lawyers and regulatory authorities.
Initiate and coordinate legal/IP training programs.
Recommend improvements to legal systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
A. IP Management
Advise on establishing, maintaining, and protecting IP rights domestically and internationally.
Manage IP portfolio (trademarks, copyrights, patents, domains, etc.).
Handle registrations, renewals, licensing, disputes, and infringements.
Coordinate with external IP agents and international counsel.
Maintain IP database and improve IP management systems (IPMS).
Report on IP status, risks, and action plans.
B. Product Legal Regulatory
Advise on product registration, labeling, advertising, and compliance in Vietnam.
Support export compliance (legal dossiers, labeling, claims, technical standards).
Review product dossiers, marketing materials, and campaigns before launch.
Support product development and market expansion.
Handle legal issues with regulators, customers, and partners.
C. Brand Protection Dispute Handling
Handle cases of counterfeit goods, trademark infringement, and unfair competition.
Coordinate enforcement actions with authorities and stakeholders.
Work with Market Surveillance, Customs, Police, Courts, etc.
Manage complaints and disputes related to products and branding.
Develop long-term brand protection strategies.
D. Training Compliance Systems
Develop internal legal guidelines and documentation.
Conduct legal and compliance training for departments.
Improve internal processes and digitization systems.
E. Other Tasks
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Additional Responsibilities:
Maintain relationships with regulatory authorities and stay updated on legal changes.
Contribute to building and improving internal policies and procedures.
Support broader legal and compliance initiatives as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education Experience
Bachelor's degree in Law or higher.
Minimum 5 years of experience (in-house or law firm).
Experience in Regulatory, FMCG, IP, Advertising, or In-house Legal preferred.
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese law and ability to research foreign regulations.
Skills
Strong English communication, legal drafting, and document review skills.
Good presentation skills.
Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Proactive and detail-oriented.
