Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all managed properties. Supervise and provide technical guidance to Chief Engineers and site maintenance teams. Coordinate maintenance operations among projects to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards. Review and approve maintenance budgets, repair quotations, and procurement of technical equipment. Support project teams in handling technical issues, major breakdowns, and emergency incidents. Evaluate performance and training needs of technical staff across sites. Manage relationships with service vendors, contractors, and suppliers. Ensure all properties meet safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Prepare technical and maintenance reports for management review.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Facility Management, or a related technical field. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in property or facility maintenance management, including supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of building systems (MEP, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, etc.). Proven ability to lead and coordinate multiple project teams. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management software (CMMS). English proficiency is preferred.
