• Supporting new and transfer projects and ensuring that all applicable deliverables outlined in Sonion's Product and Process Development Process are executed correctly and on time.
• Supporting product introduction and ensuring that new machines, fixtures, and materials are validated prior to production release.
• Consulting with internal departments such as Product Development, Product Engineering, Production, Industrialization, Operations QA, Application Engineering, and other relevant departments regarding the operation and appearance of new products.
• Consulting with Product Development on the technical specifications of products.
• Generating Process FMEA in collaboration with Production Engineering.
• Capturing lessons learned during the project phase and providing feedback to the Product Development department through the FMEA update list for future projects.
• Generating SQC test plans and supervising testing activities until release and internal approval.
• Supporting product qualification at customer sites.
• Providing recommendations regarding products and technical matters.
• Advising and supporting project team members.
• Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures within the framework of SBS (Sonion Business System).

1. Education:

• Required: B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering.
• Preferred: M.Sc. in Engineering.

2. Professional Knowledge:

• Experience in NPI and/or Reliability Testing.
• Knowledge of Control Plan, FMEA, and Statistical Process Control.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of 8D Problem Solving.
• Knowledge of Quality System Auditing.
• Strong People Management and Communication Skills.
• Understanding that employees must perform according to SBS (Sonion Business System), which is built according to ISO systems.
• Must complete ISO Awareness Training as part of the orientation program for all new hires.
• Knowledge of the Quality & Environment Policy, including its content and where it is posted or filed.

3. Computer Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

4. Foreign Language:

• Intermediate level of English or equivalent TOEIC score of 600.
