Talent Acquisition Assessment:
• Collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the unique job requirements and effectively align sourcing efforts, recruitment strategies to attract and find the right candidates for opening vacancies.
• Reviewing and posting attractive job adverts on specialized job boards to boost the interest from target candidates. Reviewing and processing applications on all platforms in a timely manner.
• Utilizing various sourcing methods such as online platforms, social media, and networking to identify and connect with potential candidates who possess the specific skills and qualifications required for niche positions.
• Pre-screening candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit before presenting them to the hiring team.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidates possess the key competencies as requirements.
• Actively promoting the employer brand to potential candidates, highlighting the company’s strengths in the specific industry, and opportunities for career growth.
• Identifying areas for process improvement within the talent sourcing function and suggesting innovative ways to enhance recruitment efficiency.
• Staying updated with industry best practices, sourcing tools and techniques to continually improve the effectiveness of talent sourcing strategies.
Account Management:
• Develop new strategic partners and manage current active key accounts to maintain strong relationships, deliver excellent services and commitments to strategic partners.
• Provide consultancy on industry trends and talent insights to support clients find the right candidates for the right positions.
• Conducting and presenting thorough and regular market research to understand industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability, which supports clients in planning effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
Client Prospecting Business Development:
• Conduct thorough market research to learn industry trends, enhance knowledge of assigned industries and functions, and identify recruitment needs of potential clients.
• Actively approach potential clients who could benefit from our Executive Search/Recruitment services.
• Expand professional connections and generate leads by attending industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
• Participate in contract negotiations, discussing terms and benefits of PeopleWise’s services to achieve win-win solutions.
Reporting Internal Teamwork:
• Maintain accurate reports, up-to-date records of client interactions, recruitment activities, and processes.
• Collaborate closely with the team to utilize team effort to support strategic partners/key accounts.
• Contribute to the development of the job board digital platform through testing, launching, and communication initiatives.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years in the HR consulting services industry, particularly in Executive Search/recruitment consulting service.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English proficiency, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure contracts and favorable terms.
• Networking Abilities: Extensive network of industry contacts and the ability to expand it further.
• Results-Oriented: Proactive and results-driven approach to achieving sales objectives.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
