Store Manager (Hanoi Centre/Lotte West Lake)– Semir /balabala Brand. Responsible for developing and implementing plans to achieve retail store’s business goals, analyze data, improve performance, ensure store design compliance, manage inventory, train staff, handle personnel issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and participate in recruitment. Yêu cầu công việc

Good at English communication, well-groomed appearance, 3-5 years retail management experience in fashion industry preferred, willing to travel, proficient in office software, strong business acumen, passionate about fashion and sales, energetic, proactive, good communication and negotiation skills, curious, courageous, creative, team-oriented.
