Data Dashboarding Reporting (Internal Data): ● Build, maintain, and optimize daily/weekly/monthly tracking dashboards for internal Marketing Performance. ● Process and analyze internal Vigo Sales reports specifically for the H (Health Beauty) and H (Health Appliances/Aesthetics) categories. ● Ensure data accuracy and provide clear visualizations using BI tools (PowerBI, Looker Studio, etc.) so stakeholders can easily track internal business health. 2. Market Intelligence Social Listening (External Data: DEMI KEMI): ● Manage, track, and extract external data through DEMI (E-commerce market share, competitor pricing, category performance) and KEMI (KOC/KOL performance, affiliate trends on E-commerce platforms). ● Set up tracking queries and monitor discussions across social platforms using Social Listening tools to track brand health and customer sentiment. ● "Listen" to the market to identify emerging trends, potential PR risks, or new consumer needs within the Beauty Wellness sector. 3. Early Success Signals Solution Escalation (Insights): ● Combine internal performance data (Sales, Marketing) with external market intelligence (DEMI, KEMI, Social Listening) to consistently identify early success signals (e.g., a rising product trend from KOCs, a viral content angle, or a spike in specific SKU demand on e-commerce). ● Provide useful, structured data that empowers cross-functional teams to quickly escalate and deploy business solutions. ● Ensure that the extracted data actively supports strategic initiatives such as enhancing brand image, driving sales, and optimizing product mapping to meet market demands. Yêu Cầu Công Việc QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCES: ● Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Marketing, Economics, or related fields. ● >= 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or Market Insights Executive. ● Strong proficiency in Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Google Looker Studio, Tableau) and Excel/Google Sheets. ● Hands-on experience with Social Listening tools and E-commerce data platforms (Metric, YouNet ECI, etc.). ● Basic understanding of SQL or ability to query relational databases. ● [Plus] A strong passion for and ability to leverage AI in data processing and analysis. ● [Advantage] Passion for and knowledge of the Beauty Wellness industry.
