Staffing Payroll Operations
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and all applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Support partners with all staffing-related needs, including onboarding, orientation, payroll processing, and offboarding procedures.
• Manage monthly payroll, Personal Income Tax (PIT), insurance, and bonus calculations in accordance with regulations and partner policies.
• Prepare monthly and periodic payroll reports, costing reports, PIT reports, and other statutory reports for relevant authorities.
• Develop and implement plans to automate payroll processes, including automated time tracking and database updates.
• Analyze complex payroll issues to ensure compliance with government regulations related to taxation, insurance, and employee benefits.
• Complete payroll tax forms and submit reports to the appropriate authorities.
• Maintain and update employee records, staff databases, labor contracts, and overtime records.
Account Management
• Develop new strategic partnerships and manage key accounts to maintain strong relationships and achieve targeted revenue aligned with business objectives.
• Provide consultancy to clients on payroll processes, labor laws, and staffing/payroll solutions, particularly for new clients.
• Advise clients on industry insights, compensation and benefits best practices, and HR reporting to help optimize workforce effectiveness and cost efficiency.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in HR outsourcing or payroll services.
• Strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles.
• Hands-on experience in planning and executing HR processes (e.g., onboarding, hiring).
• Solid knowledge of labor laws and relevant employment regulations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Effective negotiation skills to secure contracts and favorable terms.
• An established network of industry contacts, with the ability to expand it.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese is required.
