Summary
Our strategic partner is seeking an Account Manager to manage assigned customer portfolios and drive B2B growth from needs discovery through post-sales follow-up. The role owns revenue, gross profit, pipeline, forecasting, customer data quality, and service experience while coordinating internal teams to convert opportunities into sustainable business.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan customer outreach, care, reactivation, and expansion for the assigned portfolio.
- Document customer needs, applications, buying processes, decision makers, transaction history, and growth potential.
- Maintain regular customer contact, capture feedback, and identify new opportunities.
- Maintain sales opportunities by stage, value, product, probability, expected timing, and next action.
- Track each opportunity from needs assessment and consultation through samples, quotation, negotiation, order, and post-sales follow-up.
- Escalate opportunities affected by delays, missing data, changed requirements, or a need for management support.
- Clarify application needs, technical standards, target price, volume, lead time, and commercial terms.
- Coordinate Product Portfolio, Technical, Application, Testing, and Innovation teams to prepare documents, samples, product recommendations, or solution concepts.
- Follow up on customer feedback after documents, samples, or solution proposals and advance the next commercial step.
- Prepare inputs for quotations, contracts, orders, deliveries, and related transaction documents according to internal processes.
- Monitor deliveries, receivables, complaints, quality feedback, and other issues affecting customer experience.
- Record post-sales information to support forecasting, customer care, and follow-on opportunity analysis.
- Update customer systems, weekly and monthly reports, work schedules, contact results, and opportunity status on time.
- Keep customer, product, pricing, forecast, and pipeline data accurate and aligned with actual business activity.
