- Design and execute operational workflows and the Target Operating Model.

- Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to identify and implement suitable technical solutions for business needs.

- Regularly review campaign tactics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

- Continuously monitor performance across all CRM initiatives and provide recommendations to optimize results.

- Provide strategic recommendations to drive New User acquisition and overall brand sales.

- Support high-level campaign planning and coordinate with Operations and Analytics Managers to define success metrics, resource requirements, system needs, and project roadmaps.

- Act as the primary point of contact for Brand teams throughout program launches, daily execution, and performance reporting.

- Oversee daily campaign operations, monitor rollout progress, and promptly resolve operational issues.

- Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation for internal CRM processes and procedures.

- Organize regular project progress meetings and track and distribute action items to relevant team members.

- Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to campaign operations.

- 5–8 years of experience in CRM, with a strong focus on platform architecture and customer lifecycle management.

- Proven experience in project management and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Six Sigma and Salesforce certifications are an advantage.

- Proven ability to develop strategies for customer acquisition, win-back, and retention.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to both entry-level employees and senior executives.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to use logic and data analysis to identify solutions.

- Ability to simplify complex issues into clear, actionable steps.

- Experience working in large organizations and building effective collaboration across departments.

- Good understanding of current industry technologies and the ability to recommend suitable platforms for business needs.

- Experience in business planning, market testing, and reporting.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational, analytical, reporting, interpersonal, and time management skills.

- Fluent in English.

- Proficient in MS Office, SQL, Visio, MS Project, and Six Sigma methodologies.
