Our strategic partner is currently seeking qualified professionals to support an international recruitment project. The initiative focuses on hiring Japanese-speaking Java Developers from Vietnam for relocation opportunities in the Philippines, supporting cross-border technology programs and global workforce expansion.
Summary
This position offers the opportunity to work in a global technology consulting environment, collaborating with international clients and contributing to hybrid cloud and AI-related projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and support enterprise applications using Java/JEE technologies
- Design and implement web-based applications using Java frameworks and related technologies
- Participate in enterprise application development initiatives
- Engage in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and Japanese client teams
- Ensure application quality, responsiveness, and system performance
- Investigate issues and resolve application defects
- Maintain technical documentation and coding standards
- Design, code, and debug Java applications
- Utilize Spring and Hibernate frameworks for application development
- Develop enterprise-level web applications
- Collaborate with international delivery teams
- Provide support for production environments and enhancement activities.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
- Strong experience in Java / Java EE development
- Hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Hibernate
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
- Experience working in enterprise application development environments
- Experience supporting production systems and enhancement activities
- Experience in financial systems or financial platforms is an advantage
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred
- Exposure to cloud-based applications is preferred
- Business-level Japanese communication skills
- Ability to perform English ↔ Japanese translation
- JLPT N1–N3 certification is preferred
- Work schedule may include day, mid, or night shifts based on client requirements
- Work location will be at Quezon City or Cebu delivery centers.
