Our strategic partner specializes in supplying ingredients for the personal care and home care sectors. The business is currently expanding its operations in Vietnam and is seeking multiple new positions to support its growth strategy and business expansion in the next development phase.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute strategic sales activities for the local market.
- Achieve assigned sales objectives based on designated products, suppliers, or market segments.
- Provide in-depth market insights related to home care and personal care ingredients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify new business opportunities, approach prospective clients effectively, and maintain close follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with technical service and R teams to deliver suitable solutions to customers.
- Gather and evaluate competitor and market information to support sales strategies.
- Coordinate with the sales support team to supervise and manage customer payment status.
- Monitor and ensure proper contract execution and completion until payment collection is finalized.
- Submit sales reports in a timely manner as required.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Food Science, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or Industrial/Cosmetic Chemistry.
- Professional working proficiency in English communication.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales of home care or personal care ingredients, work location: Hanoi or HCMC.
- Demonstrated experience working with major manufacturers in the chemical or household sectors.
- R experience within home care and personal care manufacturing companies is a strong advantage.
