Summary
Our Partner seeks an accomplished Sales Manager with sales experience in the flexible packaging industry. This position is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive dedicated sales turnover and dedicated accounts as aligned budget.
· Be responsible for leading sales staff to reach sales targets.
· Identify and develop new business opportunities, focusing on both domestic and international markets and cus-tomers.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in local market and export.
· Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer re-quirements. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
· Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
· Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.
· Monitor sales performance metrics and AR status of customers. Provide regular reports to management on pro-gress and achievements.
· Ensure closing FG stocks are within the control limit.
· Collaborate with internal teams to complete sales projects.
· Stay up to date on industry advancements, new product developments, and market trends relating to the flexible packaging industry.
· Represent company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations to generate leads.
Yêu cầu công việc
· A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in sales management, including at least 3–5 years as a Sales Man-ager or Technical Sales Manager within the flexible packaging industry.
· Having a background in chemistry, materials science, or polymers is a plus.
· Proven experience in selling materials to the packaging / label industry.
· Proven experience in export sales.
· Strong understanding of the flexible packaging market, including applications, materials, and manufacturing processes.
· Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
· Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and business needs.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
