Our strategic partner specializes in supplying ingredients, additives, and related commodities for various manufacturing industries. The business is currently expanding its operations in Vietnam and is seeking multiple new positions to support its growth strategy and business expansion in the next development phase.
Job Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for developing customer projects within dairy categories, including liquid milk, yogurt, and milk powder.
- Drive the development of new products from strategic suppliers in alignment with the company’s business direction.
- Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with customers.
- Monitor and stay updated on market information and industry trends.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual development plans for assigned customer projects.
- Develop sales plans, revenue and profit forecasts for each customer, and customer engagement plans.
- Create plans to expand product and solution portfolios.
- Provide required documentation and follow up on testing results according to customer requirements.
- Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments to ensure timely collection of information and responses regarding quality standards, technical specifications, regulatory updates, delivery schedules, and related matters.
- Work closely with relevant departments to identify and recommend product solutions based on customer development strategies and competitor market intelligence.
- Exchange information with customers and provide updates on market trends and product development directions.
- Perform daily commercial activities, including coordinating workshops, building and maintaining customer relationships, expanding new product portfolios, and monitoring competitor information.
- Participate in supplier seminars to stay informed about product technologies and market developments.
- Prepare business performance reports on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis, including new customer development activities and customer care plans for subsequent periods.
- Provide market update reports as requested by the Sales Manager, Commercial Director, Board of Management, or other departments.
- Maintain system updates on project progress, monitor sales performance, and track inventory levels for assigned product categories.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Biochemistry, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a Sales Manager position within B2B food ingredients, ingredient distribution, or multinational business environments.
- Proven experience working directly with customers in the food industry.
- Strong capability in project development and solution-based selling.
- Experience collaborating and building relationships with R, Purchasing, Marketing, and Manufacturing teams.
- Previous experience working for diversified chemical trading organizations.
- Good knowledge of food ingredients and food additives.
- Good communication skills in English.
