Summary
This position is responsible for identifying, developing, and commercializing new business opportu-nities with strategic key accounts while expanding business volume from existing customers within the Flexible Packaging Vietnam business across both domestic and export markets. The role in-volves developing and executing business development strategies for Global Key Accounts and Re-gional Key Accounts, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and driving initiatives that achieve targeted sales growth and financial objectives.
Job Responsibilities
· Manages medium-sized sales budget to achieve designated sales objectives. Responsible for new business development with new clients or target customers in an assigned territory or client segment.
· Develops and implements sales plans, pipeline, activities, and campaigns. May lead a team.
· Understand the customer needs and portfolio to proactively advise on best solutions.
· Own the New Business/Product Development process from beginning to end.
· Strong link within the organization and across functions for the most commercial benefits to the company and effective new product/business development that deliver values to the customer and the company business growth target.
· Promoting of innovations and new product developments both blueloop and non-blueloop.
· Ensuring sustainable talent supply, development, and engagement.
· Working closely with all functional stakeholders (Operations, finance, Product development, and Innovation...) to deliver the best outcomes for customers and business

· Minimum 8 years of experience in new business development and key account management, with at least 5 years in flexible packaging, blown film, laminates, or related products.
· This role requires broad commercial and Business Development skills Ability and experience to promote change and new ways of working in a multinational setup.
· Proven commercial track record of achieving results and delivering profitable sales growth in a multi-category business.
· Demonstrated ability to manage new product, new business development in complex product portfolios.
· Experience in developing businesses in mature markets and promoting innovations.
· High energy, drive, improvement mindset and ambition Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a structured and systematic manner, with clear plans and options.
· Willingness to travel when required.
