Our strategic partner specializes in supplying ingredients, additives, and related commodities for various manufacturing industries. The business is currently expanding its operations in Vietnam and is seeking multiple new positions to support its growth strategy and business expansion in the next development phase. Job Responsibilities - Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts for assigned customers, including: - Prepare sales plans, revenue and profit projections for each customer, and customer engagement plans. - Establish plans to expand existing portfolios and introduce new products or solution offerings. - Assess customer potential and develop smaller accounts into strategic key accounts of the Company. - Recommend suitable product solutions based on customers’ development strategies and market intelligence regarding competitor activities. - Communicate and update customers on market trends and product development directions. - Perform daily commercial activities, including: - Identify and acquire new customers, conduct credit risk assessments, and submit order approvals in accordance with authorized procedures. - Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. - Coordinate communication between customers and relevant internal departments, including Accounting, Logistics, Innovation Center, Regulatory Affairs, Import-Export, and other related functions, to ensure timely information exchange and responses regarding quality standards, technical specifications, regulatory requirements, delivery schedules, and product-related updates. Participate in supplier seminars and technical sessions to stay informed about product developments and market trends. - Prepare periodic reports on business performance (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual), new customer development activities, and customer care plans for upcoming periods. - Provide market update reports as requested by the Sales Manager, Commercial Director, Management Team, or other departments. - Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent pharmaceutical-related disciplines. - Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical and dietary supplement sales. - Proven experience working with major customers in the food manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceutical, or dietary supplement industries. - Previous experience in Research and Development (R) within food, dietary supplement, or pharmaceutical manufacturing companies.
