Summary

Our strategic partner is seeking a Sales Manager RCN to lead and expand the raw cashew nut business across Vietnam. This role focuses on driving commercial growth through strategic relationship building with processors and traders, market intelligence gathering, and effective negotiation of trading terms. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for RCN operations in the Vietnamese market, delivering consistent business development results while maintaining key accounts and identifying new opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth for raw cashew nuts throughout the Vietnamese market.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with cashew processors and trading companies.
• Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing structures, quality specifications, volume commitments, payment arrangements, and delivery schedules.
• Track and analyze market dynamics including pricing trends, supply availability, demand patterns, and seasonal crop developments.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing key account relationships.
• Deliver timely and accurate market intelligence reports and trading activity updates to senior management.
• Conduct regular travel across Vietnam to meet with customers and strengthen business relationships.

• Minimum of five years of demonstrated success in raw cashew nut trading or sales roles.
• Comprehensive understanding of Vietnam’s cashew market dynamics and supply chain operations.
• Established network of industry contacts across the cashew sector is strongly advantageous.
• Proven expertise in commercial negotiation and relationship management.
• Professional fluency in both Vietnamese and English languages.
• Self-motivated, proactive approach with strong professional demeanor and results-driven mindset.
• Flexibility to undertake domestic travel as business needs require.
