Our strategic partner is a leading multinational company specializing in consumer electronics and home appliance products. Currently, our strategic partner is strengthening its business operations in Northern Vietnam and is seeking a senior sales leader to drive regional sales growth, channel development, and market expansion. Summary Our strategic partner is seeking a Senior Sales Manager (Northern Region) to lead sales operations for consumer electronics products across Northern Vietnam. Reporting to the nationwide General Manager and Managing Director, this role is responsible for developing regional sales strategies, managing the Northern sales team, expanding sales channels, strengthening customer partnerships, and ensuring revenue, profitability, market share, and sustainable business growth targets are achieved. Job Responsibilities Sales Strategy Business Development: - Develop and implement regional sales strategies and execution plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives in the Northern Region. - Evaluate market movements, customer requirements, competitor activities, and business opportunities to identify potential growth areas. - Prepare sales forecasts, budgeting plans, and business expansion proposals for management review. - Expand and strengthen GT and MT sales channels, including distributors, dealers, retail chains, e-commerce platforms, and key accounts. - Build and maintain long-term business relationships with strategic customers and business partners. Sales Team Leadership Management: - Lead, coach, and supervise the Northern sales team to accomplish individual and team sales objectives. - Define sales goals, KPIs, and performance expectations for sales personnel. - Review sales performance regularly, provide coaching, and implement improvement initiatives where required. - Develop the capabilities of the sales team through training and continuous development activities. - Establish effective sales procedures, reporting mechanisms, and performance management practices. Channel Customer Management: - Manage and expand the distribution network throughout the Northern Region. - Develop strong business relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and corporate customers. - Negotiate commercial agreements, sales programs, promotional activities, and cooperation terms with key accounts. - Ensure effective implementation of sales campaigns, product introduction activities, and promotional programs. - Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve commercial issues in a timely manner. Market Development Product Management Support: - Provide market insights regarding customer demand, pricing trends, competitor activities, and product performance. - Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to develop effective market execution strategies. - Support new product launches and ensure the sales team possesses sufficient product knowledge and selling capabilities. - Identify opportunities to strengthen product positioning and improve market competitiveness. Sales Performance Monitoring Reporting: - Prepare periodic sales reports, sales forecasts, and business performance analyses for management. - Monitor sales target achievement, revenue growth, channel performance, and market penetration. - Identify business risks and operational challenges while proposing corrective actions to achieve business objectives. - Maintain accurate sales records and effectively manage the sales pipeline.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline. - Minimum 8–10 years of sales experience, preferably within consumer electronics, home appliances, IT products, or related industries. - At least 3–5 years of experience in sales management or sales team leadership positions. - Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and developing distribution networks. - Strong understanding of the consumer electronics market in Northern Vietnam. - Strong leadership, coaching, and team management capabilities. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. - Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking ability. - Capability to analyze market information and formulate effective sales strategies. - Results-driven mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability. - Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. - Good English communication skills are preferred.
