Our strategic partner is a leading specialty chemical distributor in Vietnam. The company has established strong partnerships with numerous global chemical manufacturers and provides a wide range of solutions serving personal care, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors.
The Technical Sales Senior is responsible for driving business growth within the industrial chemicals sector, with a focus on coatings, waterproofing, adhesives, and construction chemicals. This role serves as a key link between customers, suppliers, and technical teams to commercialize raw material solutions, expand strategic accounts, and support sustainable revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities
Business Development Customer Management:
- Identify, approach, and manage customers across relevant industry segments.
- Establish target customer lists and develop Account Development Plans for key accounts.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers, manufacturing facilities, and strategic partners.
- Explore opportunities for raw material replacement, formulation optimization, and product performance enhancement for customers.
Commercialization Project Management:
- Manage project pipelines through all commercialization stages from lead generation to business expansion.
- Coordinate with suppliers and technical teams to conduct product trials and evaluations.
- Monitor project progress and ensure successful conversion from trial phases into commercial revenue.
- Ensure projects are executed according to timelines and business objectives.
Technical Consultation Solution Development:
- Provide recommendations on raw materials, additives, and chemical systems aligned with customer requirements.
- Evaluate and address technical issues arising during product application processes.
- Support customers throughout testing, validation, and implementation activities.
Market Management:
- Gather and assess market intelligence, competitor activities, technology trends, and raw material price movements.
- Recommend product development, pricing strategies, and market expansion initiatives.
- Safeguard profit margins while supporting sustainable revenue growth.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Technology, Polymer Science, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Business Development, or Market Development within coating additives, construction chemicals, waterproofing solutions, adhesive products, or industrial chemical sectors.
- Good understanding of formulations, manufacturing processes, and raw material applications.
- Established industry network within coating, paint, or construction chemical markets is preferred.
- Strong capabilities in technical sales and B2B project development.
- Proficiency in market analysis and business planning.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
