Summary

Our strategic partner is seeking Technical Sales professionals to develop business for meat-processing ingredients and application solutions. The role supports manufacturers in improving product structure, yield, sensory performance, stability, and shelf life while driving customer development, technical collaboration, and commercial execution.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive planned sales and profit growth by developing existing accounts and expanding the new-customer base.
• Understand customer needs, analyze application challenges, and recommend ingredients or solutions aligned with the product, process, and commercial objectives.
• Coordinate with R&D teams and suppliers on sample preparation, trials, formula development or improvement, and follow-up through commercialization.
• Build customer relationships and ensure consistent service quality before, during, and after the sale.
• Manage the full sales process, including pipeline, forecast, quotation, negotiation, contracting, ordering, delivery, receivables, and customer feedback.
• Monitor trends in convenient foods, high-protein and clean-label products, phosphate or nitrite reduction, cost optimization, value-added products, and flavor innovation suited to the Vietnam market.
• Coordinate R&D trials, define success criteria, assess formulations, and evaluate commercialization potential.

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Meat Processing, Seafood Processing, Food Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Technical sales experience in food ingredients or food solutions for manufacturing plants producing products such as Vietnamese meat products, sausages, cold cuts, meat floss, or frozen processed foods is preferred.
• Background in R&D, QA/QC, Production, or Product Development within an industrial-scale processed-food manufacturer, with an interest in moving into technical sales.
• Experience working with R&D, Purchasing, QA/QC, Production, and factory management stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills when working with manufacturing customers, with the ability to translate technical information into business value.
• Proactive in market development, pipeline management, cross-functional coordination, and follow-through on customer commitments.
• Good proficiency in office tools and sales data; English sufficient for reading technical materials and working with suppliers is an advantage.
• For Senior or Manager levels, demonstrated experience in key-account management, coaching, or team leadership.
