• Design and execute the operational workflow and Target Operating Model.
• Partner with IT staff and external suppliers to identify and deploy the most suitable technical tools for business needs.
• Regularly review campaign tactics to identify patterns, gaps, and areas for improvement. Continuously monitor performance across all CRM initiatives.
• Offer strategic advice to increase New User acquisition and overall brand sales.
• Assist in high-level campaign planning. Coordinate with Operations and Analytics managers to define success metrics, resource needs, system requirements, and full project roadmaps.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Brand teams regarding program launch, daily execution, and performance reporting.
• Oversee daily operations, including supervising campaign rollout and immediately resolving any operational roadblocks.
• Draft and maintain up-to-date documentation for internal CRM procedures.
• Organize regular progress meetings and distribute action items to the team.
• Manage and troubleshoot any issues related to campaign operations.
Yêu cầu công việc
• 5 to 8 years in CRM, specifically covering platform architecture and customer lifecycle management.
• Solid track record in managing projects and coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Degree in Marketing, Finance, Project Management, General Business, or a similar field.
• Six Sigma and Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
• Proven ability to create strategies for acquiring, winning back, and retaining customers.
• Strong verbal and written skills. Must be comfortable presenting to both entry-level staff and senior executives, adjusting the style as needed to foster collaboration.
• Capable of solving issues using logic and data analysis.
• Skilled in simplifying complicated issues into actionable steps.
• Experience working within large organizational structures and establishing cooperation across different departments.
• Familiarity with current industry tech, with the ability to recommend suitable platforms to the business.
• Competent in business planning, market testing, and reporting protocols.
• Able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously under strict time constraints in a fast-moving setting.
• Strong organization, analytical mindset, and reporting capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal abilities, problem-solving nature, and effective time management.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, SQL, Visio, MS Project, and Six Sigma methodologies.
