Mô tả công việc

• The role involves overseeing daily production operations, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met, as well as implementing and improving operational systems and processes. • The Production Manager will coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensure equipment maintenance, and promote safety protocols. • This role also includes analyzing operational data, managing production schedules, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field. • Previous experience in a production management role, ideally within the plastics or manufacturing industry, is highly preferred. • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and oversee production operations effectively. • Proficiency in resource planning, production scheduling, and process optimization. • Thorough understanding of quality control processes and safety standards in a manufacturing environment. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills to handle operational challenges. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various teams and stakeholders. • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Vietnamese is a plus.
