Mô tả công việc

• Consistently meet or pass set sales quotas within the designated territory by applying sound sales techniques. • Maintain a high level of expertise regarding products and sales methodologies at all times. • Oversee the assigned territory by managing Key Accounts and defining clear goals. Focus on retaining current clients while actively acquiring new ones to expand the total customer base and sales volume. • Present clinical product details accurately to clients. Execute promotional plans that align with the company’s marketing guidelines and product platforms. • Organize travel routes efficiently to minimize costs and manage customer bonuses or discounts responsibly. • Conduct client visits strictly following the scheduled call plan to ensure regular engagement. • Assist with scientific events and marketing initiatives as needed. • Compile and submit required performance and sales reports to the Sales Manager by the deadlines. • Proactively work on enhancing sales abilities, product understanding, and adopting new sales approaches. • Stay informed about competitor activities and industry trends. Gather market insights directly from client interactions to identify business risks and potential opportunities.

Yêu cầu công việc

• University degree required (Pharmacy background preferred). • 3 to 4 years of specific experience as a Medical Representative or Sales Representative selling toxin-based products. • Proficiency in English is required for both written and verbal communication.
