Mô tả công việc

Documentation and Procedures Management: • Perform accurate and complete customs declarations for import and export goods. • Prepare, verify, and manage documents including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (B/L), Certificates of Origin (C/O), etc. • Handle delivery/receipt procedures and documentation related to taxes and customs. • Organize and record customs declaration documents; demonstrate strong knowledge of Vietnam customs procedures. • Collect and archive goods handover documentation. Operations Coordination and Supervision: • Plan and coordinate the cargo transportation process. • Monitor, verify, and control the movement of goods from origin to final delivery. • Coordinate with transport departments, suppliers, and partners to resolve any arising issues. Customer Relations: • Provide service information and support to customers. • Work with logistics service providers on quotations, shipment consolidation, and document recording. • Maintain communication with existing clients and identify new potential customers. • Monitor the service delivery process to ensure customer satisfaction.

Yêu cầu công việc

• College degree or higher. • Good command of the Chinese language. • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position. • Knowledge of ERP systems or related software. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.). • Strong skills in communication, negotiation, planning, organization, and time management. • Teamwork and problem-solving skills.
