Mô tả công việc

• Work closely with Lead Designers to develop, refine, and translate conceptual designs into detailed technical documentation. • Support all project stages with a strong emphasis on technical drawings, design coordina-tion, and advanced Revit modeling. • Produce high-quality architectural documentation, including drawings, plans, and schedules, using Autodesk Revit. • Develop and maintain accurate 3D Building Information Models (BIM) to support end-to-end project delivery. • Coordinate and prepare comprehensive drawing packages for DA, Tender, and Construction phases. • Apply local Building Codes and Regulations correctly and consistently during documenta-tion and design development. • Contribute actively to a collaborative, cross-border studio environment while maintaining ownership and accountability for assigned tasks. • Provide mentorship and technical training to junior architects within the Vietnam team. • Support design development and foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing. • Strengthen English communication capabilities to ensure effective collaboration within an international team.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field. • Open to Vietnamese citizens only. • Minimum 3+ years of experience in architectural design or technical roles. • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and solid understanding of architectural documenta-tion standards. • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. • Demonstrated passion for architecture with strong attention to detail. • Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and professional discipline.
