Mô tả công việc

• Develop comprehensive plans for specific SAP enhancement projects. • Monitor progress, ensure quality control, and address issues during upgrade activities. • Prepare documentation and present budget proposals for enhancement projects. • Allocate and coordinate personnel based on the needs of each project phase. • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain upgrade timelines and quality standards. • Supervise, support, and foster development within the internal team. • Analyze risks during operations and propose appropriate solutions. • Prepare weekly and monthly reports, and organize meetings to communicate progress and results of enhancement projects. • Prepare monthly reports and arrange internal meetings to report the progress and resolution of requests from the Jira system.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Experience in operating and maintaining SAP or ERP systems. • Competence in managing mini-projects and conducting business analysis. • Understanding of specific business requirements in Vietnam, such as e-invoicing. • Skills in coordinating SAP system upgrades and maintenance activities. • Strong presentation and reporting skills in English. • Knowledge of SAP FICO is an asset. • Proficient problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. • Capability to support, train, and share knowledge with team members. • Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills. • Ability to organize scientific work with good prioritization and systematic arrangement. • Strong team spirit, proactive collaboration, and frequent information sharing.
