Mô tả công việc

Project Management Delivery: • Presenting system proposal, idea for system improvement and system enhancement • Lead implementation and rollout of non-ERP systems across multiple sites. • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines. • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful delivery. • Monitor project KPIs and ensure alignment with business goals. Post-Go-Live Support: • Oversee system maintenance and support activities for live systems. • Establish and manage support SLAs and incident resolution processes. • Ensure system stability, performance, and user satisfaction. Team Leadership: • Manage and mentor a team of specialists and deputy managers. • Assign responsibilities across Business Partnering, Rollout Support, and Customer Build teams. • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning. Stakeholder Engagement: • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and align solutions. • Act as the primary point of contact for system-related escalations. • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project and support status. Process Improvement Governance: • Identify opportunities for digitalization and automation. • Ensure compliance with internal audit, ISOC, and security standards. • Maintain documentation and reporting standards across all initiatives

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management and system support. • At least 2 years as Project Management experience or equivalent experience. PMP certificate is a plus • Proven Experience in supply chain and operation processes, Supply Chain Solutions (Procurement, Transportation, Warehouse, Logistics…) • Knowledge of Supply Chain, Factory (FMCG) processes is a plus. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Fluent in English; proficiency in Vietnamese is a plus. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving. • Vendor management and contract negotiation. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and outsourced partners.
