Production Operations Management: • Develop daily and weekly production schedules and coordinate cutting, sewing, upholstering, filling, and packaging processes • Monitor production progress to ensure on-time delivery, including products with special processes such as compressed sofas • Manage material flow within the workshop, control WIP inventory, and ensure continuous production Process and Technical Management: • Manage and optimize manufacturing processes for sofas, mattresses, and upholstered furniture • Optimize fabric and foam nesting layouts to improve material yield • Establish sewing standards to improve efficiency and quality consistency • Guide upholstering techniques including cover installation, filling shaping, and fabric or leather application • Standardize processes, fixtures, and tools and resolve technical issues during production • Support R in sample making and new product process introduction Lean Improvement and Cost Control: • Implement Lean tools such as 5S, standardized work, and line balance to eliminate waste and shorten lead time • Lead material yield improvement by reducing cutting loss and standardizing leftover material management • Improve sewing efficiency through process restructuring, equipment optimization, and skill training • Monitor and control consumption of auxiliary materials such as threads, buttons, and adhesives Quality Management: • Establish quality inspection standards for each upholstery process including cutting accuracy, seam strength, filling uniformity, and surface appearance • Implement first-article inspection, in-process inspection, and finished goods sampling inspection • Lead root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions for quality issues Equipment and People Management: • Manage daily inspection and maintenance of cutting tables, sewing machines, and upholstering tools • Build and train production teams and develop multi-skilled operator training programs • Ensure safety management for cutting, sewing, and foam processing operations Cross-functional Collaboration and Reporting: • Use English for production reporting, reading process documents, and basic communication with overseas teams • Coordinate with Purchasing on raw material planning and with Warehouse on inbound and outbound finished goods • Report production performance, cost data, and improvement progress to management.

Job Requirements • Under 40 years old • College degree or above, preferably in Garment Engineering, Furniture Design, or related fields • At least 5 years of production management experience in sofa or garment manufacturing, with hands-on and end-to-end experience in upholstered furniture or mattresses • Experience in compressed sofa production is a strong advantage • Basic English reading and writing required, fluent English preferred.
